Terms of Service

I. CONDUCT

  • 1. Any and all completed commissions are permitted to be posted and shared by the artist.

  • 2. All artwork at any stages are NOT permitted to be used by AI.

  • 3. Any and all Artwork is NOT permitted to be used for commercial purposes or profit (Unless communicated beforehand).

II. PROCESS

  • 1. As many relevant references and photos are to be provided as possible.

  • 2. First check-in : base sketch.

  • 3. Second check in : Lining with flat colors.

  • 4. Final check in: Finished, rendered illustration.

  • 5. Expected completion time to be within 2-4 weeks, any delays will be notified immediately to the commissioner.

III. REVISIONS

  • 1. Up to three revisions are provided for free in the sketch process (ex: pose, details, expressions, etc. ).

  • 2. Any additional larger revisions in later steps such as rendering will require additional payment (Ex: Pose, Design, Props ).

  • 3. Once rendered drawing is complete only small color changes are permitted.

IV. PAYMENT

  • 1. All payment will be completed 100% upfront.

  • 2. Currency for payment will only be in USD$.

  • 3. Payment methods accepted are: Paypal, Venmo, Ko-fi.

V. CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

  • 1. Artist is allowed to fully refund commission at any time.

  • 2. Partial refunds are permitted before the coloring process, full refunds are permitted before the sketching process begins.
